Curb-Bliss Terms & Conditions of Service
This agreement is between you and Curb-Bliss, a division of Hundred Hands LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Curb-Bliss," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms outline the conditions under which Curb-Bliss will provide services related to the movement and management of your waste and recycling cans. Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of our services. By engaging with Curb-Bliss, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use Curb-Bliss services.
1. Definitions
- "Curb-Bliss": Refers to our can-management services, which include physically moving waste and recycling cans from their storage location to the curb for collection and returning them to their storage area after they have been emptied by the local waste management authority. This also includes any tools, applications, or online systems associated with service management.
- "Service Personnel": Any employees, independent contractors, or subcontractors employed by or affiliated with Curb-Bliss to carry out the can-management service. These personnel are trained and expected to operate with a high level of professionalism, care, and efficiency.
- "Customer" or "Client": The individual or business entity contracting with Curb-Bliss for can-management services. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to their property, and ensuring timely payment for services.
- "Service Location": The physical address at which the can-management services will be performed. This includes areas on the customer’s property where the cans are stored and the curbside where they are collected by local waste authorities.
2. Home Access
By subscribing to Curb-Bliss services, you authorize our Service Personnel to access your property for the express purpose of moving your waste and recycling cans to and from the curb on your designated trash collection day.
- Legal Authority: You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to grant this access, and it is your responsibility to ensure unobstructed entry.
- Access Details: You agree to provide any required entry codes, gate keys, or instructions necessary for our team to access your property. Failure to provide such access will result in service cancellation for that day, and no refund or credit will be issued.
- Pathway Clearance: Ensure that pathways to and from your cans are clear of obstacles, hazards, or any conditions that might pose a danger to our personnel.
- Pets: If pets or other animals are on the premises, it is your responsibility to restrain or relocate them to ensure the safety of our personnel. Curb-Bliss reserves the right to decline service if we believe that access is unsafe or blocked by pets or other conditions.
3. Services Provided
- Weekly Service: Our Service Personnel will move one waste can and one recycling can from the designated storage area on your property to the curb for collection by the local waste management company. After your waste and/or recycling is collected, we will return the cans to the original storage location. This includes a total of four service visits per month (one per week).
- Additional Services: If you require more than one waste and one recycling can to be serviced, or if you need additional visits outside of your scheduled service days, these may be arranged for an additional fee. Services beyond the base offering must be requested in advance, and applicable charges will be communicated to you prior to scheduling.
- Special Service Considerations: Special services such as bulk trash movements, additional can cleaning, or holiday service are subject to additional pricing. Please inquire with customer support for more details.
Curb-Bliss will take every precaution to handle your waste and recycling cans carefully and efficiently. However, we are not responsible for any damage to the cans caused by normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or mishandling by third parties (such as local waste collectors or neighbors).
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and uninterrupted service, clients must:
- Maintain Access: Ensure that our team has unrestricted access to your cans on your designated service day. This includes unlocked gates or doors and any necessary access codes or instructions.
- Clear Pathways: Keep the path between the storage location and the curb free of obstacles such as vehicles, debris, or snow.
- Accessible Storage: Store your waste and recycling cans in an easily accessible area.
- Pet Safety: Keep pets secured away from areas where our Service Personnel need access. Repeated incidents where pets interfere with service may result in cancellation.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Standard Service Fee: $39.99 per month, covering one waste can and one recycling can. This fee includes applicable taxes and is billed at the beginning of each month.
- Price Changes: Curb-Bliss reserves the right to adjust service pricing with 60 days’ written notice. Continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the new rates.
- Late Payments: If a payment is declined, we will reprocess the payment daily for up to 20 consecutive days. If unsuccessful, service may be suspended until the balance is paid.
- Taxes: All local, state, and federal taxes are included in the monthly service fee.
6. Billing & Recurring Payments
- Automatic Renewal: Your service will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
- Updating Payment Methods: Ensure your payment method is up-to-date to avoid service interruptions.
- Billing Confirmation: After each payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Customer Cancellation: Submit cancellations via your customer account or email. Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
- Volume Pricing: Requires three months’ notice for cancellation; early termination fees may apply.
